So I've finally picked up Angel again - I'd stalled early in season 4 a couple months ago, when I got into Farscape and Atlantis and what have you. Anyone who says Kripke's the new Joss? Yeah, um... no. Not really.
I will not turn this into a bash of Kripke but instead a WORSHIP AT THE ALTAR OF WHEDON. Because holy god. It's been a long time since I watched one of his shows linearly that was mostly new to me, and AUGH. I just watched Angel 3x14, "Couplet", and and and I'M A LITTLE BROKEN. ( Spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen it yet - what are you waiting for? ) -

So I watched four episodes of Angel season 3 tonight - 3x03 - 3x06. I LOVE this show. Wow. The whole ensemble just works *so* perfectly - everyone brings their own element, and I adore every single one of them. I'm particularly crushing on Fred (see beautiful new icon!) and Gunn.
